When you hire Hager & Sons you get Hager & Sons. As a client, you will not be passed off to a project manager. Bill & Doreen Hager assume that role and personally oversee every aspect of your project. Bill & Doreen are your primary contacts through the entire project.
Most home builders identify as “custom home builders”, but very few start their projects from scratch. Our favorite clients to work with come to us with little more than a vision and a dream to build their perfect home. One of our favorite projects, Alma Viejo, was created from a single picture of a home, viewed through courtyard gates. The picture of the home served as inspiration and we created Alma Viejo. Many of our clients come to us with a picture, sketch, or a simple description of their vision, and we work with them to design their perfect home.
We pride ourselves as builders. We don’t just hand your project off to someone else to manage. We personally manage and oversee every aspect of our projects. We also participate in the actual construction. We are hands-on builders.
Hager & Sons selects only the finest craftsmen to work on our projects. All of our workers and subcontractors know precisely the work ethic and quality of work we expect with no exceptions. We take good care of our co-workers and they take good care of our clients. The team-work approach, using the same subcontractors on every build, enables us to work more efficiently and consistently produce the finest results.
At Hager & Sons we believe anything is possible. Where there is a will there is a way. This belief allows us to push the boundaries and build spectacular structures. Our years of building commercial high-rise buildings has introduced us to means and methods of construction that enhances our capabilities in residential construction. If you can dream it, we can build it.
Hager & Sons also has the capability to set up a fully functional woodworking shop right on site. Bill spent several years producing intricate and beautiful wood products in Beverly Hills, California while attending Pacific Contractors School. If we can't find the “perfect” vanity, we will build it right on site. Depending on our clients wants and needs, we can custom produce just about anything at our on-site woodworking shop.
