This device consists of a metering pump, a dosing tank, a mixer, a liquid level gauge, a scale inhibitor, a safety valve, a pressure gauge, and an electrical control cabinet (including a frequency converter). This system has the characteristics of reasonable design, high automation, safe and reliable operation, and simple operation. Widely used in water treatment and dosing systems for power plant feedwater, boiler water, raw water, circulating cooling water, and industrial wastewater and sewage. Pure water dosing includes: ①(?) adding ammonia to feedwater and condensate; ②(?) Adding hydrazine to water supply; ③(?) Add phosphate to the furnace. All of the above are for furnace dosing. Raw water and other additives include: ①(?) adding coagulants and coagulant aids to raw water (raw water); ②(?) Circulating water with stabilizer (corrosion inhibitor), scale inhibitor, and mixed bacterial agent; ③(?) The condenser is coated with ferrous sulfate, all of which are added outside the furnace. This series of dosing devices has been applied in dozens of various types of units and other enterprises in China, and has been highly praised by users.
HDJY-2001 is for pure water dosing, and HDJY-2002 is for external wastewater dosing. (Optional)

The control system is equipped with functions such as electrical protection, low liquid level alarm, and automatic pump stop at low liquid level.
The data adopts Samsung's storage technology from South Korea, greatly increasing the amount of data. It can store tens of thousands of sets of measurement data and 5000 system operation records (known as the 5000 notepad function).
